About the Role

This is a contract role (6-12 months) for an Executive Administrative Assistant to support senior/C-level executives in a fast-paced financial environment. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in executive administration, with excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Handle phone calls with professionalism and discretion.
  • Plan events, arrange travel (domestic/international), and process expense reports.
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding, team platforms, and office support.
  • Create and format documents using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Pro.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years' experience in executive administration.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with knowledge of O365/Teams a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
