Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leaders, clients, and vendors.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and projects, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a law firm or corporate setting.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $46.46 - $61.56 per hour, depending on location and experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching.
