Job Overview: Nederlander Productions is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Liaison to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the COO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including securing reservations and tracking travel awards points
  • Manage the COO's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments, and providing reminders as needed
  • Prepare expense reports, maintain vehicle insurance, and handle other administrative tasks related to the COO's personal and professional life

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate setting
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with knowledge of Zoom and other virtual meeting platforms

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
