About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled General Manager Liaison to join our team at The Pierre, a Taj Hotel. As a General Manager Liaison, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the General Manager, including managing calendars, coordinating travel, and preparing correspondence.

**Responsibilities:**
  • Manage the General Manager's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
  • Screen phone calls, emails, and mail, prioritizing and directing inquiries as appropriate.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Assist with expense reports and budget tracking.

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a General Manager Liaison or similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
* High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations is a plus.

Compensation:
Competitive salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
