Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Representative - Sales to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for increasing divisional growth by assisting Account Executives with business development. You will generate recruiting leads, contact clients, and qualify them to assess their needs and viability. Your goal will be to present opportunities to Associate Account Executives and Account Executives, supporting divisional objectives through market research and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate recruiting leads for Associate Account Executives and Account Executives by contacting clients via various channels.
  • Qualify clients to assess their needs and viability.
  • Present opportunities to Associate Account Executives and Account Executives.
  • Support divisional objectives through market research and lead generation.
  • Manage daily schedules of calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Achieve/exceed daily and monthly activity goals and metrics.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous corporate experience preferred but not required.
