Creatunity LLC is expanding its customer support team and seeks a seasoned professional to provide top-notch service to clients via voice calls and chat. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and have experience using customer support software.

Job Description:

This role involves responding to customer inquiries and complaints via voice calls and chat, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining accurate records, collaborating with the customer support team, and identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience.

Requirements:
  • Native Speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communication)
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer support role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience using customer support software (e.g. Gorgias, etc.)
