About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and issues: Respond to customer calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their issues.
  • Provide product and service information: Share knowledge of our products and services with customers, addressing their questions and concerns in a clear and concise manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints: Listen to customer concerns and work to resolve them in a fair and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, updating our systems with relevant information.
  • Meet performance metrics: Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time.

 

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills: Capacity to analyze customer issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Basic computer skills: Proficiency in using computers and software applications, including our CRM system.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent: Minimum educational requirement for this role.
