Responsibilities

  • Issue Resolution: Analyze and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner, ensuring that the customer's needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, staying up-to-date on new releases and updates to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
