Job Title: Customer Service Representative

At Mass Markets, we're looking for a skilled and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our contact center, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, timely, and professional manner. Your goal will be to ensure first call resolution through effective problem-solving and communication.

About the Role:
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a friendly and knowledgeable manner
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively
• Collaborate with internal teams to find solutions to complex problems
• Document customer interactions and update relevant systems as needed

What We Offer:
$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
