About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in supporting the sales of Ultrasound solutions. As a key member of our Sales Team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our customers and channel partners across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team in delivering business financial targets by building and developing technical and commercial relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Provide training on Ultrasound products and participate in conferences and exhibitions to showcase our solutions.
  • Develop technical and market expertise on products and applications, using this knowledge to provide pre- and post-sales support for key accounts.
  • Demonstrate technical equipment and provide technical presales support to customers and dealers.
Requirements
  • Technical background from an accredited school or college with experience in Ultrasound is preferred.
  • Major experience in technical support, sales, or applications.
  • Good communication skills to communicate across the matrix organization.
  • Knowledge of Industrial Ultrasound, preferably NDT UT L2/L3.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence in presenting to a wide range of audiences.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, influencing, and planning skills.
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time.
  • Fluency in oral and written English and German.
