Business Development Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team at American Steed Dba RecycleMax inc. This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our Information Technology Asset Dispositioning Services (ITAD) in the market.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand our ITAD services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Research and identify potential clients within the ITAD industry.
- Prepare and deliver marketing pitches and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor promotions, and regulatory developments in the ITAD industry.
- Provide feedback and insights from clients to internal teams to help improve service offerings.
- Experience in sales or business development, preferably within the Information Technology Asset Management or Procurement Department.
- Good understanding of the Information Technology Industry, including market dynamics and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and partners.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Google Docs, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM software.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
