About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team at Oracle. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market reach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Connect with prospective clients to generate high-quality leads that transform into revenue.
  • Be a Collaborative All-Star: Thrive in a team environment, share best practices, and collaborate with colleagues globally to contribute to a positive, high-energy atmosphere.
  • Research and Innovate: Dive deep into account research, gather intelligence, and develop a keen understanding of industry needs to identify opportunities and gaps.
  • Qualify and Engage: Uncover and understand prospective customer needs by engaging key decision-makers and addressing their business challenges.
  • Become a Trusted Advisor: Build comprehensive knowledge of the One Oracle stack and GIU solutions, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to our prospects.
  • Strategize and Execute: Partner with sales and marketing teams to craft and execute outbound campaigns and sales plays, aligning with our go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
  • Industry Insight: Financial Services industry experience is preferred, but a passion for learning and adapting is key.
  • Sales Experience: 2+ years in a sales or business development outbound prospecting role, with a proven track record of generating high-quality leads.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree preferred, or a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in outbound sales or business development roles, with industry domain experience.
  • Tech Savvy: While software and technology experience is not required, a readiness to embrace and learn new technologies is essential.
  • Exceptional Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and business executives.
