Guest Services Representative

As a valued member of our team at The Chanler, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience. We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Representative to join our luxury boutique hotel team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest service by following our service standards
  • Display enthusiasm and poise when dealing with guests and accommodating their needs
  • Make, modify, and cancel room reservations
  • Deliver professional and warm pre-arrival/reservations, arrival, and departure experiences for our guests
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure guests' needs are met

Requirements:

  • High School Degree
  • College Degree preferred
  • 2+ years hotel experience
  • Excellent communication and computer skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds
