About the Position
We are looking for a talented Relationship Manager II/III to join our team at Direct Staffing Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with plan sponsors and channel partners, using your exceptional communication and negotiation skills to drive plan improvements and resolve issues. With a strong understanding of qualified plans, ERISA, and qualified plan investments, you will provide expert advice on plan design consulting services, helping clients to navigate complex regulations and stay ahead of industry trends.
The ideal candidate will have 5 or more years of demonstrated relationship management experience in the retirement plans field, with a strong knowledge of qualified plans, ERISA, and qualified plan investments. A Bachelor's degree is required, and professional certifications such as NASD series 6, 63, 65 are a must. This role comes with a generous $100,000 - $150,000 per annum salary, plus benefits.
