The role of the Director of Executive Affairs at Zuckerberg San Francisco General is a high-level executive administrative support position that requires exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

As a member of the Senior Leadership team, you will provide confidential support to the Airport Director, ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations of the executive office. Your responsibilities will include strategically planning and executing the Airport Director's schedule, coordinating complex meetings, and managing inquiries and communications with internal and external stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for optimizing the Airport Director's time by anticipating needs and identifying critical issues, developing and refining meeting agendas and briefing materials, and producing reports and presentations. Additionally, you will draft and edit communications, conduct research, and provide evaluations and recommendations.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Senior Staff, Executive Committee, and Committee Sponsor for Reaching for the Extraordinary Program, contributing to strategic discussions and initiatives. You will also oversee the annual budget for the Airport Director's Office, direct the allocation of administrative resources, and manage special projects related to administrative functions.

This position requires a proactive leader with strong analytical skills, good judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will be working with a diverse team of 60+ administrative professionals, advocating for professional learning and skill enhancement, and promoting a collaborative and productive work environment.

We are looking for an experienced executive support professional who has provided C-Suite level support, demonstrating exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to adapt communication styles to accommodate diverse voices and perspectives. The estimated salary for this position is $154,415 annually, based on industry standards and location. The City and County of San Francisco offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
