About the Role

This is a remote opportunity as a Retirement Plan Leader, covering Northern California, San Francisco or Sacramento metro areas. You will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with advisors, maintaining high standards of excellence in advisor service, and contributing to profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic relationships with advisors, TPAs, plan sponsors, and the JH team
  • Maintain high standards of excellence in advisor service by attending to inquiries/requests
  • Train advisors and their support staff in the use of JH tools and resources
  • Establish yourself as a retirement plan leader within the region and as a source of creative solutions for advisors
  • Maintain plan retention and contribute to profitable growth
About You

We are looking for a motivated individual with three to five years of similar experience. The ideal candidate will have life insurance and variable licenses as determined for the territory. Industry designations such as AIF, APA, APR, ChFC, CLU, CEBS, CFA, CFP, QKA, QPA, QPFC, RIA are a plus. We also require FINRA Series 6 and 63, or the ability to obtain within six months of hire.
