Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Speech Therapist to join our Outpatient Rehabilitation team in Southshore. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality speech therapy services to patients of all ages, with a focus on pediatric populations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients to identify communication and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs
  • Conduct regular assessments to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of practice
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
  • Certification of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with pediatric populations
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices in speech therapy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
