Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans to address their unique speech and language needs.
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to children, using evidence-based techniques and strategies to promote effective communication.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients and their families.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in pediatric speech therapy, and apply this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new programs and services to meet the evolving needs of our patients and community.
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a Speech Pathologist in the state of practice, or eligibility for licensure by examination or reciprocity from another state.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Certification of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) within 2 years of hire.
