Technical Support Specialist

The Technical Support Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations within the IT department at Life Solutions. This position is primarily focused on delivering exceptional support to our internal teams, partners, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Level 1 and Level 2 service requests and incidents efficiently.
- Provide comprehensive Help Desk assistance, which includes:
- Initial problem assessment and resolution when feasible.
- Accurate documentation and information gathering.
- Regular updates to customers regarding their service requests.
- Escalation of issues to the appropriate IT teams or departments as necessary.
- Act as the primary contact for end users facing technology-related challenges.
- Support security initiatives, infrastructure projects, and IT implementations.
- Assist the Help Desk Manager with various tasks including reporting, analysis, and training.
- Contribute valuable technical insights and best practices to enhance the knowledge base.
