Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide assistance to our hospital, including off-site hospital-based ambulatory practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer hardware installation, maintenance, and repair, as well as excellent analytical, technical, and troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and respond to customer support calls for software, hardware, peripherals, data network devices, smartphones, and all equipment used for hospital business.
  • Troubleshoot and repair network connectivity issues.
  • Update hardware inventory, including spare parts.
  • Replace and remove old equipment.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation.
  • Interface with other IT teams and service vendors to resolve problems.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in computer hardware installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Strong analytical, technical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Customer focus and positive, can-do approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Education and Certifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • A+ certificate, MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional), or equivalent work experience preferred.
