Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Electrical, Firmware, and Production Engineering, to resolve technical issues and improve equipment functionality.
  • Generate and update engineering documentation, departmental procedures, and flowcharts to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Provide on-demand technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, including calibrations and system verifications, to ensure equipment is functioning at optimal levels.
  • Accurately document all service activities, including field service tickets, QA forms, and inspection reports, to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, and operations to resolve technical issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Support company-wide initiatives, policies, and procedures, including Quality Management System maintenance, to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
