Help Desk Analyst Responsibilities:
- Manage Level 1 and Level 2 service requests and incidents for internal staff, partners, and clients.
- Deliver Help Desk assistance that encompasses initial problem assessment, precise documentation, diagnostics, and information gathering, along with resolution efforts when feasible.
- Act as the primary contact for end users regarding IT-related inquiries, issues, and requests.
- Support security, infrastructure, and general IT deployment and implementation initiatives.
- Assist the Help Desk Manager with reporting, analysis, training, and testing activities.
- Contribute to the knowledge base by sharing current technical information and best practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience in a Help Desk setting, providing support for software and hardware, with familiarity in ticketing or incident management systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint) and Windows/Windows Server environments.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines; well-organized with strong prioritization skills in a dynamic work environment.
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills along with effective problem-solving capabilities.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
