Role Summary:

Help Desk Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Manage Level 1 and Level 2 service requests and incidents for internal staff, partners, and clients.
  • Deliver Help Desk assistance that encompasses initial problem assessment, precise documentation, diagnostics, and information gathering, along with resolution efforts when feasible.
  • Act as the primary contact for end users regarding IT-related inquiries, issues, and requests.
  • Support security, infrastructure, and general IT deployment and implementation initiatives.
  • Assist the Help Desk Manager with reporting, analysis, training, and testing activities.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base by sharing current technical information and best practices.
Qualifications:

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in a Help Desk setting, providing support for software and hardware, with familiarity in ticketing or incident management systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint) and Windows/Windows Server environments.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines; well-organized with strong prioritization skills in a dynamic work environment.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills along with effective problem-solving capabilities.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.
