Job Summary

Behavioral Health Network is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director to lead our Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the PACT team, coordinating and overseeing clinical care for individuals served, and managing the coordination of care with other agencies and licensing bodies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain effective communication with funding sources and other contacts.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and requirements of licensing bodies and funding sources.
  • Serve as primary liaison with other BHN programs.
  • Direct and coordinate client admission process and treatment, rehabilitation, and support services.
  • Carry out directions of senior management.
  • Conduct regular individual and team supervision.
  • Ensure all staff follow MAP Policies and Procedures.
  • Assign staff to individual treatment teams.
  • Provide clinical supervision of comprehensive assessments and treatment plans.
  • Serve on 24-7 on-call rotation.
  • Ensure all program documentation is complete and meets PACT, agency, and third-party standards.
  • Provide comprehensive intake evaluations and risk/crisis evaluations.
  • Assure assigned clients make positive change on outcome measures.
  • Maintain flexibility in providing services in various settings.
  • Maintain professional licensure and complete required clinical education hours.
  • Encourage independence, competency, and decision-making.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling required.
  • Clinical licensure required (LICSW preferred).
  • Previous supervisory experience required.
  • Minimum of 5 years in human services preferred.
  • Commitment to empowerment and growth, human rights, and community integration of individuals served.
  • Ability to treat challenging and diverse client populations.
  • Cultural competence in supporting clients with various cultural backgrounds.
  • Working knowledge of community resources and ability to help clients access them.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable car available for all working hours.
