Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients as they arrive, ensuring a positive experience that encourages them to return.
- Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and promptly fill any openings in the schedule.
- Engage with potential clients to build relationships and encourage them to book consultations.
- Maintain a full schedule by reaching out to waitlisted patients and leads.
- Ensure a clean and welcoming reception area for all visitors.
- Provide general customer service and support throughout patients' visits.

Essential Skills
- Proven ability to create a comfortable atmosphere for patients through effective communication.
- Experience with electronic medical record systems and scheduling software.
- Strong organizational skills to keep provider schedules optimized.
- Ability to manage financial transactions and maintain accurate accounts receivable.

Preferred Qualifications
- Background in a busy medical office or service-oriented environment.
- Experience in sales or call center operations is advantageous.
- Familiarity with medical billing and insurance verification processes is beneficial.
- Prior experience in a medical or dental office setting is highly desirable.

Work Schedule
Office hours are Monday through Friday, with flexibility required to cover for team members as needed. The typical schedule for this position is from 9 AM to 6 PM.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive hourly wage along with health, dental, and vision insurance, a combination of PTO and sick leave, life insurance, and a 401k plan after six months of employment.
