About the Role

GHR Healthcare is seeking an experienced and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider to join our team as an Urgent Care Specialist. As a key member of our in-home care team, you will deliver high-quality care to patients with chronic conditions using a cutting-edge care model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive health assessments and diagnose complex illnesses.
  • Provide advanced therapeutic interventions, including minor procedures.
  • Work closely with a Medical Technician who will assist in patient care and logistics.
  • Maintain continuity of care through ongoing patient education and follow-up.
  • Represent the organization professionally and uphold high standards of patient care.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an NP or PA in urgent care, ER, ICU, or relevant settings.
  • Licensed NP or PA in the state of Washington, with current BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
  • Must be willing to travel up to 75% of the time for patient visits.
