About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at BWI Airport. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with elevator lobbies, lanes, and parking facilities
  • Perform cashiering functions as needed
  • Provide jump start and vehicle location assistance
  • Promote good customer relations and premier customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to general maintenance of the garage
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Cash handling experience preferred but not required
  • Parking industry experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 20 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods
