Job Summary

LEN THE PLUMBER LLC is seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team. As an Outbound Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for placing calls to our established customer base to schedule routine maintenance visits and collect missing customer information.

This is a full-time hourly position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. If you have a passion for customer service and are looking for a challenging role, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound phone calls to our established customer base to schedule routine maintenance visits and collect missing customer information
  • Ability to multitask across different platforms and provide tailored communication
  • Manage large amounts of outbound phone calls and execute successfully with a deadline in a fast-paced environment
  • Function as an effective team member while supporting the efforts of the department and the company's goals
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm for sales and suggest additional products or services to increase customer satisfaction and revenue
  • Collect and accurately report on customer feedback
  • Maintain and promote a positive working atmosphere in accordance with our Core Values by always behaving and communicating in a professional manner
  • Adhere to confidentiality standards according to departmental efforts

Requirements:

  • Strong organization skills
  • Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office software
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively listen and understand

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, associates and college degrees preferred
  • 5+ years of Telecommunication Sales Experience or Customer Service
  • Strong closing skills and track record of achieving targeted goals and quotas
  • Experienced in working with individuals at various levels within the organization
