About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Sherwin-Williams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized solutions.
  • Drive sales growth by promoting products and services, and identifying opportunities to increase sales.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, ensuring that customers receive the best possible advice and recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role; paint sales experience a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
