Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting products, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods.
  • Upsell and promote products to customers, increasing sales and revenue.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, such as maintaining store appearance, restocking shelves, and participating in visual merchandising.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods.
