As a Hospitality Desk Associate, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting members with program registrations, payment processing, and service scheduling
  • Managing check-ins and addressing inquiries or concerns effectively
  • Identifying potential issues for customers and facilitating solutions
  • Engaging in service recovery efforts
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of front desk areas to ensure an exceptional experience
  • Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance for reported issues
  • Responding to questions regarding club services and amenities
  • Implementing processes to guarantee consistent service delivery
  • Completing transactions for services or products
  • Carrying out assigned tasks such as contacting members for special greetings
  • Executing daily checklists and opening responsibilities
