Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in the hospitality or service sector.
  • Proficiency in the primary language(s) of the workplace.
  • Ability to interpret documents such as safety guidelines and operational manuals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Understanding of Property Management Systems.

  • Answer all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Assist in training and supervising front desk staff, including scheduling and assigning duties.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy.
