Job Description:

Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Manager to join our team at the beautiful Barton Creek Resort & Spa.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including valet, bellmen, transportation, and vehicle fleet.
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction.
  • Maintain liaison with management, Reservations, Front Office, and Housekeeping staff.
  • Oversee group amenities and ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct daily walk-through inspections and report problems as needed.
  • Communicate trends and concerns to staff and respond to guest emergencies.
  • Oversee staff scheduling, budget, and performance management.
  • Administer payroll and maintain 4-Diamond standards of service.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel bell desk and transportation.
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership skills and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work extended hours and in various weather conditions.
  • Valid Texas driver's license and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report.
