Guest Services Manager

Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Manager to join our team at the beautiful Barton Creek Resort & Spa.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations, including valet, bellmen, transportation, and vehicle fleet.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction.
- Maintain liaison with management, Reservations, Front Office, and Housekeeping staff.
- Oversee group amenities and ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct daily walk-through inspections and report problems as needed.
- Communicate trends and concerns to staff and respond to guest emergencies.
- Oversee staff scheduling, budget, and performance management.
- Administer payroll and maintain 4-Diamond standards of service.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel bell desk and transportation.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work extended hours and in various weather conditions.
- Valid Texas driver's license and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report.
