Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with weekend guest services operations, ensuring a smooth experience for visitors.

• Cover shifts for callouts and maintain operational hours.

• Troubleshoot issues related to ticketing and admissions technology.

Leadership and Supervision:

• Supervise part-time staff and ensure they are up-to-date with Wildflower Center knowledge.

• Facilitate part-time staff meetings and provide training as needed.

• Assist in managing crowds during high visitation times.

Customer Service:

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting with general admission, explaining ticket prices and discounts.

• Sell memberships, answer questions regarding special events, and update guests on operational changes.

Administrative Tasks:

• Complete required paperwork and reports.

• Work closely with Wildflower Center Altru users to identify best practices for database input and management.

• Review constituents' records for accuracy and assist in correcting records according to UT standards.

• Attend Center-wide and team meetings.
