Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources department. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff
  • Administer pay, benefits, and leave
  • Enforce company policies and practices
  • Collaborate with management to implement HR initiatives
  • Develop training materials and performance management programs
  • Oversee the daily workflow of the department
  • Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations
  • Handle discipline and termination of employees
  • Investigate employee issues and conflicts
  • Maintain company HR policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development
  • Minimum of seven years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions
  • Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, and preventive labor relations
