Human Resources Director

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources department. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff
- Administer pay, benefits, and leave
- Enforce company policies and practices
- Collaborate with management to implement HR initiatives
- Develop training materials and performance management programs
- Oversee the daily workflow of the department
- Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations
- Handle discipline and termination of employees
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts
- Maintain company HR policies and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development
- Minimum of seven years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions
- Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, and preventive labor relations
