Job Title: Receptionist

SNI Companies is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to support our client in the downtown area of Jacksonville, FL.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company, welcoming guests and greeting people who visit the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering and screening incoming phone calls, providing basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Receiving, sorting, and distributing daily mail/deliveries
  • Performing other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
  • Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Ordering office supplies and researching new deals and suppliers
  • Developing and maintaining a filing system

Requirements:

  • Prior relevant experience in the construction industry required
  • Knowledge of general construction terminology
  • Proficient Microsoft Office user
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to pass background check and drug test
