About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Call Center team at Assurance Power Systems. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer experiences and utilizing your bilingual skills to drive business results.

Salary & Benefits

Our competitive salary range is $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical/dental/vision coverage, paid life insurance, paid holidays, and career advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative will include:

  • Handling inbound/outbound calls and leads
  • Providing exceptional customer service through the use of tools and knowledge of the trades
  • Being curious and adaptable to meet the specific needs of each customer

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • 3 years of customer service experience in a call center environment (sales experience a plus)
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Type 35 WPM or more
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to use tact and diplomacy to maintain harmonious relationships with customers
