Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Membership Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Integrated Health Network group/Group Purchasing Organization membership team, you'll be responsible for the efficient and effective management of our membership program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and maintenance of customer and GPO membership in Vistex/SAP S4
  • Working in support of sales team, customer service, finance and reporting to ensure consistency of data between SFDC, Vistex/S4, reported sales tracing data and expected results
  • Ad hoc sales reporting and analysis requests
Requirements
  • Intermediate Excel skills required (VLOOKUP, Sorting, Filtering, Data Manipulation)
  • High attention to detail and working through complex data
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • Experience in key systems including SAP, BI/BW
  • Membership experience managing national GPOs
  • Work experience in medical device or healthcare industry
