We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Associate at Orangetheory Fitness. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for greeting clients, presenting our concept, and selling memberships to help our studio thrive.
Key Responsibilities- Greet clients with enthusiasm and energy, providing a positive first impression of our studio
- Present the Orangetheory Fitness concept to interested clients, highlighting the benefits of our unique workout experience
- Provide studio tours and answer questions about our services
- Work closely with trainers to guide new clients through their first Orangetheory workout
- Sell memberships and follow up with prospective clients to ensure a seamless sales process
- Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our studio and services
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring a positive experience for our clients
