District Grant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Grant Manager to join our team at the Oregon Department of Education. As a key member of our Office of Education Innovation and Improvement, you will play a critical role in supporting grant making, reporting, and monitoring processes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement grant management strategies to ensure effective program delivery and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with program staff to monitor grantee performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop corrective action plans.
- Provide technical assistance and training to grantees on grant management best practices and compliance requirements.
- Conduct site visits and reviews to ensure grantee compliance with program requirements and regulations.
- Develop and maintain grantee reports, including financial and programmatic reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Two years of experience in grant management, program administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with grant management software and systems.
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to grant management.
- Experience working with diverse populations and communities.
- Ability to travel to grantee sites and attend meetings and training sessions.
