Job Title: Medical Call Center Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Medical Call Center Operations Coordinator to join our team at PeopleShare Inc. in Princeton, NJ.

Job Summary:

The Medical Call Center Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating case management for all assistance requests, conducting research, providing assistance, and documenting case notes in accordance with Quality and Customer Service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate case management for all assistance requests, including conducting research, providing assistance, and documenting case notes.
  • Respond to travel-related inquiries in support of our services.
  • Receive non-emergency and emergency requests for our services, obtain relevant information, and input data.
  • Evaluate and prioritize calls for services, act as the first point of contact for clients over the phone, and escalate as necessary.
  • Document all case management-related information using Case Management Software (CMS).
  • Perform data entry, maintain files and reference manuals, and perform other clerical duties.
  • Provide liaison service to members, clients, and providers.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in the Customer Service and/or Assistance industry or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Spanish or Arabic speaking is heavily preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills required.
  • Candidates must have the ability to speak, listen, and write in a professional manner.
  • Command of time management and organizational skills.
