Key Responsibilities:
The following responsibilities outline the expectations for this role:

  • Provide outstanding guest service by embodying a friendly and approachable demeanor, ensuring polite and courteous interactions with guests and team members.
  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of all dining outlets and Host/Cashier functions to effectively respond to guest inquiries.
  • Maintain a polished and professional appearance in accordance with the standards of the Ladies & Gents of Belterra Park.
  • Participate in promotional activities, including modeling and public relations, to enhance the visibility of our brand.
  • Perform engaging entertainment routines, reminiscent of Las Vegas performances, at designated locations.
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly, ensuring a high-quality experience.
  • Collaborate with service personnel to maintain exceptional service standards.
  • Manage guest seating arrangements based on preferences and availability.
  • Inform guests about daily specials and highlight menu favorites.
  • Coordinate effectively with food servers and other staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the entry area and host station.
  • Accurately process payments for drink orders using the POS system.
  • Participate in special events and wear designated uniforms as required.
  • Adhere to all regulations regarding responsible alcohol service and health department standards.
  • Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance service skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with guests.
  • Proficient in telephone etiquette and electronic reservation systems.
