Position Overview

The National Security Program is seeking a skilled C5ISRT Analyst with a robust technical and analytical foundation focused on adversarial naval capabilities and systems.

The C5ISRT Analyst will conduct thorough assessments of integrated C5ISR networks that pose risks to U.S. interests, facilitating the identification, targeting, and exploitation of weaknesses in foreign maritime C5ISR frameworks. A blend of analytical acumen and technical expertise is crucial for this role to interpret intricate data and produce comprehensive all-source intelligence reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducts all-source analysis utilizing both classified and unclassified materials on C5ISR networks, their integration, and operational employment, while performing vulnerability assessments on prioritized subjects.
  • Identifies relevant processes and protocols associated with the communication and operation of maritime C5ISR systems.
  • Executes nodal/network/link analysis on C5ISR frameworks to pinpoint essential system/network elements and their corresponding equipment.
  • Implements kill chain analysis (or variations thereof) on C5ISR networks and components.
  • Produces evaluations that contribute to the development of detailed technical intelligence reports in line with intelligence community and organizational publishing standards.
  • Facilitates and participates in meetings (including classified), prepares agendas, monitors action items, and disseminates minutes.
Qualifications
  • Education / Certifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree in National Security, Regional Studies, or a relevant technical field (preferred)
    • High School Diploma with 5 years of experience in a comparable role
  • Required Experience:
    • At least 5 years of experience in all-source intelligence analysis, tradecraft application, and the development of scientific or technical products concerning adversarial military forces.
    • A minimum of 5 years of operational, technical, or all-source analysis experience with C4ISR systems or architecture, or all-source analysis experience with cyber networks.
    • Proven ability to produce scientific or technical all-source intelligence outputs.
    • Experience in link/network/nodal analysis, including the creation of graphical analytic products using relevant software (e.g., MS Visio, Palantir, i2 Analyst's Notebook).
    • Familiarity with kill chain analysis and the tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED) cycle.
    • Proficient in applying publication directives and security classification protocols.
    • Strong oral communication skills (speaking, briefing) with the capability to convey complex technical findings effectively.
    • At least 3 years of experience using MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote).
  • Skills & Technology:
    • Knowledge of classified resources for all-source intelligence research (including organizational reporting websites, reporting repositories, and common operating picture software).
    • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
