About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Development Manager to join our team at gotoPremiumFinance. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive sales growth by targeting retail agents and brokers, while fostering strong relationships within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate quality leads and develop effective strategies to communicate the benefits of our premium financing services.
  • Build lasting relationships with retail insurance agents and brokers through exceptional customer service and regular interactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and technology to provide valuable insights to prospects and clients.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales to identify solutions for client challenges and proactively assess additional needs.
