Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as an Account Development Specialist, driving new business development and fostering long-term relationships with manufacturing clients in the automotive, medical device, electronics, home appliance, and recreational vehicle industries.

Compensation Package

The base salary for this role is estimated at $60,000 - $70,000 per year, with additional earnings potential through commission and bonus structures. In the first year, you can expect your total earnings to range from $80,000 to $100,000, with opportunities for significant growth in subsequent years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients, leveraging industry connections and market insights to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to meet client needs and maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of quality services and solutions to clients.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office Suite.
