  • Evaluate current processes and pinpoint areas where automation can be implemented.
  • Create automated processes within SharePoint utilizing Power Automate.
  • Conduct testing and validation of automated processes to confirm they align with user needs and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Design and execute automated processes within the SharePoint environment to optimize business operations.
  • Assess existing manual and inefficient digital processes to discover automation opportunities.
  • Build tailored workflows using tools such as Power Automate and SharePoint Designer to boost productivity.
  • Connect automated processes with other Office 365 applications, including Microsoft Teams and OneDrive, to enhance overall productivity.
  • Test and validate automated processes to ensure they operate correctly and fulfill business requirements.
  • Monitor and resolve issues related to automated processes to maintain performance standards.
  • Document the automation processes, including configurations, rules, and triggers.
  • Offer training and assistance to team members on utilizing automated processes and recognizing their advantages.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and other stakeholders to refine and enhance automated workflows.
  • Keep abreast of the latest automation technologies and methodologies to continually advance workflow automation.

Technical Expertise Required:

  • SharePoint Online (Microsoft Office 365)
  • Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps
  • Microsoft Teams, OneDrive

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in process automation and business process enhancement.

Technical Proficiencies:

  • Skilled in utilizing Power Automate and Power Apps for developing automated processes.
  • Strong grasp of business process analysis and reengineering.
  • Capability to convert business needs into technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with additional automation tools and technologies is advantageous.
