Position Summary:
The individual in this role will be tasked with the formulation and enhancement of logistics-related operational processes, policies, roles, and performance metrics. This includes conducting thorough analyses of current mission processes, performing gap assessments, benchmarking, identifying best practices, and executing organizational evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather program functions, output requirements, and data inputs.
- Design and implement process enhancements, focusing on future state design, change management, and transition strategies.
- Deliver presentations and training sessions on various logistics-related topics.
- Provide consulting services throughout the lifecycle of the BPA order.

Qualifications:
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret Clearance.
- A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- Over 5 years of relevant professional experience is required.
- Eligibility to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
- A Master's degree may substitute for two years of experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and significant assignments is essential.
- Experience in planning and leading major technology initiatives.
- Evaluate performance outcomes and recommend substantial changes to enhance project growth and success.
- Serve as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.
