Key Responsibilities:
  • Shape the vision and strategic direction of our digital product offerings in collaboration with the executive team.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify customer needs and assess competitive landscapes.
  • Develop comprehensive product specifications, co-lead the design and development phases, and manage product roadmaps.
  • Drive innovation to create a premier product lineup in ticketing and distribution technologies.
  • Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, bridging technical and business domains.
  • Spot new product opportunities and enhancements to existing offerings to boost revenue and profitability.
  • Prioritize product initiatives based on market insights and customer feedback to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Establish and evaluate metrics to measure product success.
  • Articulate and promote product vision and concepts to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to achieve the company's short and long-term product objectives.
  • Decompose complex challenges into actionable steps that facilitate product development.
  • Refine and optimize product management methodologies and processes in line with industry best practices.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing enterprise-level software products.
  • Proven track record of conceptualizing and launching innovative products.
  • Experience in ticketing, travel aggregation, ride-hailing, food delivery, or similar sectors.
  • Strong capabilities in drafting detailed business requirements.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in guiding cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A dedicated leader focused on maximizing team efficiency and productivity.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, distributed team environment.
  • This role may require a commitment of 45+ hours per week.
