We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Community Manager - Affordable Housing to join our team. The successful candidate will have 2+ years of experience in residential leasing or property management, with a strong background in LIHTC/Section 8 property management. They will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our affordable housing properties, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
