About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at Tradesmen International. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for obtaining orders or contracts for our construction labor support services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Maintain and exceed sales goals, communicate with clients, generate sales leads, and make direct sales calls to clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, follow up with registered clients, and conduct regular visits to clients' places of business.
  • Field Employee Management: Prepare field employees for assignments, build relationships with field employees, and manage field employee issues.
  • Information Management: Maintain client sales files, attend required meetings, and complete sales activity reports.
Requirements
  • 4-7 years of outside sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships
  • Ability to build strong relationships with field employees
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Regular and predictable attendance
  • Familiarity with standard computer systems and CRM systems
