Senior Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at Tradesmen International. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for obtaining orders or contracts for our construction labor support services.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Business Development: Maintain and exceed sales goals, communicate with clients, generate sales leads, and make direct sales calls to clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, follow up with registered clients, and conduct regular visits to clients' places of business.
- Field Employee Management: Prepare field employees for assignments, build relationships with field employees, and manage field employee issues.
- Information Management: Maintain client sales files, attend required meetings, and complete sales activity reports.
- 4-7 years of outside sales experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- Ability to build strong relationships with field employees
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Familiarity with standard computer systems and CRM systems
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000, uncapped commission, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, and voluntary supplemental life insurance.
