Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, who can navigate both internal and external relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, preferably with experience in Behavioral Health, and the ability to manage complex sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients within the Behavioral Health space, including public and private healthcare and social service agencies, clinics, and healthcare providers.
    • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
    • Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and industry events.
    • Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our solutions.
    • Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract negotiations and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
    • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including county and state leadership of appropriate public service departments, C-suite executives, and decision-makers.
    • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
    • Client Support: Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure clients receive the highest level of service and support.
  • Internal Collaboration:
    • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
    • Feedback Loop: Provide feedback from clients to the product development team to inform product improvements and innovations.
    • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the CRO, providing insights into sales performance and market opportunities.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the healthcare industry or SaaS sector.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and related regulations.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and navigate large organizations.
    • Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Compensation

The anticipated base salary for this position is $150,000 to $160,000 annually. The total compensation package includes commission and stock options, with final compensation varying based on experience and other factors.
